Not happy? We’ll make it right. No return shipping required. No questions asked.

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@www.improveequine.com and we will process a full refund to your original payment method. You do not need to send anything back.

Before you decide — a few things worth knowing

We genuinely want this to work for your horse. Before you reach out for a refund, here are a couple of things that sometimes make the difference:

Horses sometimes need more than one exposure

Horses are cautious drinkers by nature. A new scent at the water bucket isn’t always accepted on the first encounter — that’s not a product problem, that’s just how horses work. If your horse sniffed it and walked away, try again over a few days. Familiarity builds trust.

The sampler pouch is small by design — it may not have been enough

The travel and sampler pouches are designed to let your horse try a flavor — not necessarily to build a habit around it. If you only had one pouch, there may not have been enough product to get a real read. That’s worth knowing before you make a final call.

It’s a multitool — the water bucket is just one of five uses

If your horse didn’t take to it in the water bucket, the product isn’t necessarily a bust. Every Improve Equine flavor works five ways:

  • Hydrate — one tablespoon per two-gallon bucket alongside plain water
  • Entice — sprinkle over feed to tempt a picky eater
  • Mask — mix into feed to cover the smell of unpalatable medication
  • Enrich — freeze into lick mats or enrichment treats
  • Treat — bake into ONE-pocket horse treats (oat flour, egg, banana, one tablespoon of flavor — 350°F, 20 minutes)

Refund eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Because our products are consumable powder supplements, we do not require the product to be unused or returned — your satisfaction is the only condition.

How to request a refund

It’s straightforward. Email us and we’ll take care of the rest.

Subject line: “Refund Request — [your order number]” if you have it. If you don’t, just your name and the product you ordered is fine.

Tell us what happened

No essay required. Even just “my horse didn’t like it” is a complete answer. If there’s a quality issue or you received a damaged order, let us know that too.

We confirm and process

We’ll reply within 2 business days. Once confirmed, your refund is processed to your original payment method. No return shipping. Nothing to send back.

Refund processing & timeline

Once your refund is approved, it will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you haven’t seen it after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account or card statement directly
  • Contact your credit card company — posting can take a few business days after processing
  • If you’ve done both of those and it’s still not there, email us at info@www.improveequine.com and we will track it down

Damaged, defective, or wrong order

If your order arrived damaged, the product was defective, or we sent you the wrong item — that’s on us, and we will fix it immediately. Email info@www.improveequine.com with a photo if you have one, and we’ll either replace the order or issue a full refund — your choice. The 30-day window does not apply to errors on our end.

Gift orders

If you received this as a gift and the product isn’t a fit, email us directly at info@www.improveequine.com. We’ll issue a store credit in your name so you can choose something that works better for your horse — without involving the person who gave it to you.
